Athletic Republic™
What does the training consist of?
The training program takes 8 weeks to complete. This includes 6
weeks of training and the pre- and post-tests. Pre- and post-tests
and training sessions are approximately 1 hour in length. Workouts
may include incline treadmill running, plyometrics, agility drills,
and lower-body weight lifting. Programs are adapted to the individual’s
ability, however it is an intense program and athletes should be in
good physical condition to complete this program.
When should I complete the program?
Because of the intensity of the program, it is recommended that
it be completed in an off-season to allow your body to recover
between workouts. The entire training process takes 8 weeks to complete;
therefore
you should plan your training so that it does not conflict with
the start of sports seasons, vacations, or other possible interruptions.
What are your training
times?
Training times are scheduled on a first-come, first-served
basis and are of the athlete’s choosing.
Normal operation hours: 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday -
Friday.
Summer hours: (Mid-May through Mid-August): 7:00 a.m. to
7:00 p.m.
How do I get signed up?
The easiest way to sign up is by calling us at (217) 326-1965.
We can then set up your pre-testing assessments and training
times. When you arrive for your pre-testing assessment,
please have your information
and waivers packet completed and full payment. Links

our
website.
What ages can complete the training?
We offer many different levels of programs based on age
and ability. We recommend that participants be at least
12 years of age to
complete the training program.
However, each individual
will
be evaluated, and
if the Carle Sports Medicine staff feels that the
program is not appropriate, we will refund the full balance
of payment. |
